We do our best to get your items to you as fast as possible using USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for product fulfillment prior to shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

DAMAGES

If jewelry arrives damaged, please notify us at: lhmcc4@gmail.com within 2 days of arrival.

Due to the nature of McClendon Designs one of a kind pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair/replace every piece made in the collection but we will most certainly try! For any questions regarding this please email Lhmcc4@gmail.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

McClendon Designs will accept items purchased from mcclendondesigns.com. Returns are accepted within 7 days of shipment for a full refund. We will allow exchanges for items in stock within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. 

For exchanges, please email lhmcc4@gmail.com  for return shipping information. Items must be packaged securely along with receipt (if applicable) and include the new item number selected for the exchange.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
